There was no sudden spark—just a steady, growing connection built on comfort, laughter, and understanding. After months of getting to know each other, on October 28th, 2021, in the most unexpected (and very us) way, Orval asked Grace to be his girlfriend—right in a parking lot of a café in South Jakarta.
Despite coming from different worlds, we learned to listen, adapt, and support each other through everything.
After all the moments we’ve shared, Orval proposed to Grace on May 26th, 2025, in Bali—and from that moment on, we knew this wasn’t just about falling in love, but choosing each other, every single day.
